The Florida State Attorney’s office plan to issue a warrant for the arrest of Florida State running back Dalvin Cook, for allegedly of punching a 21-year-old woman in the face multiple times last month during an argument outside a bar.

State attorney Willie Meggs reporters Friday “he had met with the woman, who is not a Florida State student, and a female witness on Friday. Cook’s accuser presented Meggs photos of her injuries.” Meggs said Cook will be brought up on charges of misdemeanor battery, and state that he “found the women to be very credible.”

This alleged incident occurred just the evening primor to, now dismissed FSU quarterback, De’Andre Johnson hit a woman in another bar far away in June. It was only Monday that coach Jimbo Fisher removed Johnson from the team, right after state attorney’s office released surveillance footage showing Johnson act that involved hitting a fellow, 21 year old, FSU student.

According to reports Cook’s alleged victim that she suffered a contusion to her lower lip and pain to her nose in the area she was struck that continued the next day.

This has been no word to in coach Fisher planned to dismiss arguably his top RB or wait to see how the courts system allow things to play out. If Johnson’s dismissal is any indicator to what may happen, Cook’s career as a Seminole may be over.
